Recruitment Privacy Notice

When you apply, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, contact details, city and state, work eligibility answers, driving qualifications, availability preferences, written answers, your resume, and an optional cover letter.

We do not request driver’s license numbers, license images, Social Security numbers, or background-check information through the online application.

We use your information only to evaluate your application, contact you about this and related openings, and meet our recruitment record-keeping obligations.

If you move forward in the hiring process, any required screening (for example, driving-record or background checks) will be described in separate disclosures and will only proceed with your separate written authorization.

Applications and documents are stored privately and are available only to authorized Steadway personnel involved in hiring. Documents are never sent as email attachments or published at public links.

We use trusted service providers to host our systems and send transactional email. They process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell applicant information, and we do not share application answers with advertising or analytics platforms.

We keep application records for as long as needed to complete the hiring process and to meet applicable legal requirements, after which they are deleted or de-identified.

You may ask to review, correct, or withdraw your application at any time. Contact us and include your application reference so we can locate your record.
