Will my family member have the same driver?
Wherever possible, yes. Consistent drivers and routes are core to how we build trust and safety.
Is transportation free with Medicaid or DDD?
For eligible individuals, DDD- and Medicaid-funded transportation may be covered at no out-of-pocket cost. We’ll help you check.
What if my loved one uses a wheelchair?
Our vehicles are wheelchair-accessible and our drivers are trained in safe securement.
