This may include your device Internet Protocol address, browser type and version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

To arrange safe transportation, we may receive limited health related information, such as mobility needs, appointment types, or accommodations. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can contact us to update your communication preferences. Opting out of ride related messages may affect our ability to notify you about your trip.

Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service related tasks, or to help us analyze how our Service is used. Healthcare and Transportation Partners

To arrange, coordinate, or bill a ride, we may share necessary information with the healthcare providers, day programs, group homes, health plans, managed care organizations, or transportation brokers involved in that ride.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your personal information in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, to protect and defend the rights or property of Steadway Mobility Group LLC, to prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, to protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public, or to protect against legal liability.
